24.03.06 „The Rite of Bar“
Igor Stravinsky’s „Sacre“ is one of the „grand ballets“ concerning both the music and the subject.
We interpret the whole thing in the sense of “Victime” and at best “sacrifice” a few espresso cups and whisky glasses. The “ritual” is driven by the 4-hand piano version which is the orchestra version’s equal.
